The Broadmoor neighborhood is located southwest of downtown Colorado Springs, centered around the world-famous Broadmoor resort and hotel. Recognized as one of the oldest and picturesque areas in Colorado Springs, the Broadmoor subdivision is a mix of new and well-established homes with views of Cheyenne Mountain and the city lights.


Students living in the Broadmoor area attend schools in the Cheyenne Mountain School District 12, one of the highest achieving districts in all of Colorado. The district is "Accredited with Distinction", the highest accreditation ranking possible.
